The studio collaborates closely with specialist consultants to ensure full regulatory compliance, including fire safety strategies, spatial planning for means of escape, and the specification of certified materials such as BS 7176 (Crib 5), BS 5852, and BS EN 13501. Risk assessments are integrated into the design process to proactively identify and mitigate potential hazards across both construction and operational phases.
